- You're having a hard time finding belonging in a church.
- Some of your relationships cause distress.
- Your marriage is unhappy, but you don't know how to make it better.
- Your spouse is emotionally unavailable, he does not know how to comfort you.
- You feel alone and lonely, and like a failure.
- You are fed up!
Do you know that all this stress has come from somewhere?
The good news is, there is healing and you can be free!
Integrated Individual Counselling
You are not just a head on a stick, but a mind and a body that work together. Addressing all of you raises the probability of genuine and lasting change.
Traditional Individual Counselling
You are struggling and that's a tough place to be. We all struggle. You deserve some help to figure out what needs to change.
Couples
Counselling
If you asked your spouse, "Are you there for me?", what would the answer be? If you feel alone in your marriage but want to feel connected, this is for you.
I would like to help you.
Someone helped me find freedom, and I would like to help you.
That's the way the Kingdom works, God comforts us so that we can comfort others with the comfort we have received. (2 Corinth 1:3-5).
Therapy is a relationship that changes us.
- Real change only happens in relationship.
- Trust and safety in a relationship rewires our brain.
- It calms our nervous system and reduces our chronic stress.
- Therapy turns ‘me’ into ‘we’. Ecclesiastes tells us that two are better than one because together, we can help each other up.
We are each mind, body, soul, and spirit integrated into one person.
- Counselling must address the whole person, not just the mind!
- We are not Gnostics, we believe that the body is good and a valuable part of our self.
- Your body reflects your theology and is an instrument of worship (1 Corinth 6:20).
If you are holding yourself together with coffee and junk food, or wine and pizza, you're not alone.
Healing and freedom are possible.

The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18
